AAA PRODUCTS LLC Return and Refund Policy 

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Timeframe: Products may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. 
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and labels intact. 
  • Exceptions: Certain products, such as personalized or custom items, may not be eligible for return. 
  1. Return Process
  • Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@aaaproductsllc.com  to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 
  • Shipping: Ship the product back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. 
  1. Refunds
  • Deductions: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and restocking the returned item. 
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. 
  1. Exchanges
  • Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item and video evidence of the product is mandatory prior to processing the exchange. 
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Ineligible Products: Certain items, such as clearance items or those specified as non-returnable, are not eligible for return or refund.
